India’s top level medical entrance test AIPMT 2015 was cancelled by SC which was held on 3rd May. The reasons of cancellation the test is leak of answer key via electronic devices from corner to corner ten States during the exam.
The SC on Friday gave the CBSE time till 17th August to held the test again and announce the results of the AIPMT for 2015-16.
The bench directed MCI to finish 1st counselling of AIPMT 2015 achievable candidates by last week of August and 2nd counselling by 4th September.
At first SC tell to CBSE to held the test again within four weeks but CBSE appeal seeking extra time to conduct again AIPMT 2015 test, because it is “not possible” for the board to meet 4 weeks time limit provided by the top court. It told the SC that the board need as a minimum 3 months to conduct the test of AIPMT.
As the subject is of serious anxiety, the vacation Bench involving Justices R.K. Agrawal and Amitava Roy decided to hear the plea on 19th June.
It was 1st late during Supreme Court hearings and afterwards was cancelled. The apprentices, who are previously concerned regarding their future, are anxious even more at this time because this is delaying the admission procedure and the academic year.
Almost 6.3 lakh candidates had attended the AIPMT 2015 test held this year. More than 6 lakh apprentices, only 2,000 will be admitted to different medical and dental colleges all over India.
